Dennis Haanyika is a seasoned Human Resource Management professional with over 30 years of experience across Government, manufacturing, mining, and financial services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration (University of Zambia), a Diploma in Business Practice (ICSA, UK), and certifications in Industrial Relations, Performance Management, and Trade Union Studies. He is a
Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (FZIHRM) and a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD).

Dennis has led numerous organizational review and job evaluation consultancy projects, delivering restructuring initiatives and HR policy frameworks that have significantly enhanced institutional performance. He played a key role in the Zambia Development Agency’s 2013 Organizational Structure and Performance Review, contributing to both the evaluation of the 2008–2012 Strategic Plan and the development of the 2013–2018 Strategic Plan.

He has also driven policy reform assignments for institutions such as the Zambia Law Development Commission, Farm Feed Zambia, and Novotrans. Dennis previously served as Director of Corporate Support Services at the Zambia Development Agency, overseeing HR, Procurement, and ICT, and currently provides strategic leadership as Director at Puku Solutions Human Resource Consultants.
